Bit Brigade - Mega Man 2
Bit Brigade's live performance of Takashi Tateishi's Mega Man 2 soundtrack, perfectly synced to a belter bit of game playing by someone called Noah McCarthy. The set, and a few other tracks from later Mega Man games, was later released as an album entitled Mega Band.

NEW AGAIN
Capcom double-down on their re-release strategy with HD makeovers for Resident Evil 0 and the NES Mega Man games. With any luck we'll eventually get some sort of Onimusha collection and some of the company's so-called curate's eggs like Killer7, God Hand. or maybe even Shadow of Rome.
I'd also like to see Capcom revisit their arcade releases. We've had loads of collections before but they all tend to focus on early output rather than refined iteration. A complete Street Fighter II package with all five games would be fantastic. Even better would a comprehensive package dedicated to how Capcom could take any licensed premise and turn it into a thoroughly entertaining side-scrolling beat 'em up. Neither Alien vs Predator nor Cadillacs and Dinosaurs deserve to be forgotten.

NO WAY
Hi there Keiji Inafune! When Capcom were first dipping their toe in the US video game market, they perhaps felt that selling a rampaging Pinocchio bot to kids raised on Stallones and Schwarzeneggers was a tough proposition. Their solution? A dreadfully rendered box art cover that sold on a pistol packing, muscled, monster man. That little blue man you see onscreen is pure allegory consumers! Never ones to let anything go to waste, Capcom have included this bizarro cultural clash point as a playable entity in the upcoming Mega Man Universe. They've even gone and made him all excellent and charming. All hail Capcom!

The Adventures of Duane and BrandO - Mega Man 2
Capcom's cherubic Atom knock-off Mega Man, recast as a potty mouthed crushinator by Duane and BrandO. A worthy interpretation of Japan's combat Pinocchios; if you mess, they're programmed to ruin your shit. Website here.
